Irene Ping Li
Irene is a certified coach (IECL, Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, and EFC, Ecole Francaise de Coaching). She is accredited by the ICF (International Federation of Coaches, PCC). Her coaching focuses on improving the counterpart's ability to manage emotions at workplace, enhancing their ability to face transition and conflict situations, improving the ability to communicate effectively, developing self-confidence, assertiveness and leadership, and adopting pro-active behaviors to solve business issues. She is also familiar with intercultural issues, and applies her knowledge and experience in this field to the coaching and training sessions.
Irene has over 20 years of work experience both in France and in China. She started her career in the China Ministry of Commerce, in the Foreign Assistance Department, in charge of cooperation project management. After obtaining her Master's, she pursued her professional path in France in PSA Peugeot-Citroen. During 15 years of working in PSA, she successively served in departments of finance, audit, HR, purchasing in France and in China. She set up PSA Global Sourcing office in Shanghai, as deputy director, and had often been the interface between French and Chinese partners of different business units.
Irene holds an MBA from HEC (Hautes Etudes Commerciales), a Diploma of Information and Communication from IFP (institute Francais de Presse), and a Master of Arts from Beijing Foreign Studies University. Irene is a French citizen, fluent in Chinese, French and English.
