With over 10 years of experience as a coach, Irene supports the leadership development of executives through her practice. Her focus in coaching is to support leaders in managing emotions, dealing with conflict, effective communication, developing confidence, and strategic thinking to arrive at enhanced business solutions. Specifically, her areas of expertise include cross-cultural/interpersonal communication, strategic executive coaching, transitional coaching, change management, conflict management and organization consulting.
Irene’s 20+ years of professional experience spans both China and Europe where she worked in senior positions in finance, audit, purchasing, HR, and consulting. During this time, she often served as the interface between French and Chinese partners of different business units. Now, as an executive coach, Irene has worked with leaders from a range of industries, including global luxury, consumer goods, nutrition, automotive, engineering, pharmaceutical, environmental services, and financial services.
Irene is a certified coach, accredited by IECL (Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership) and EFC (Ecole Francaise de Coaching). She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation) and holds an MBA from HEC (Hautes Etudes Commerciales) as well as a Masters degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University. Irene works with various assessment and personal development tools in her coaching practice, such as the Hogan Assessment.
