Astrid has acquired a solid managerial, operational and consulting experience in export management and international development consulting prior to starting her coaching activity in 2004. She supports individuals in their professional development while navigating their way through relational, managerial and strategic challenges. She also accompanies teams in the development of cooperation, trust and ability to face challenges.
Focusing on individual and collective performance development in multicultural environments, Astrid helps transform differences and diversity into added value for organizations, to the mutual benefit of individuals as well as the organization. She also facilitates programs for senior and high-potential managers of CAC 40 companies: on topics such as leadership development, change management, team management, conflict resolution, co-development.
Astrid graduated from Université de Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne with a degree in International Commerce, and went on to study Communications at UCLA. She is a certified professional coach from V. Lenhardt in Paris. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and was President of the Beyond CT Coaching Association from 2008 to 2010.
