With an international career of over 20 years in Technology, Finance and Risk Management, most of which leading teams in Europe, America and Asia at Société Générale, Hend has always been fascinated about creating Learning Organizations, developing High Impact Behaviours, Engaging Teams, and Leadership Agility. She draws on a wide range of corporate experiences and brings strong foundations to her Executive coaching & Facilitation practice.
In addition to coaching, Hend contributes to the local communities of Hong Kong by using her professional skills to develop leaders of non-profit organizations committed to social progress through Education and Women Empowerment.
Hend is an accredited Executive Coach by ICF (International Coach Federation) and the board of Director of the ICF Hong Kong Chapter in charge of Community Outreach Projects. She works with various strengths based assessment tools, growth oriented 360° feedbacks and the Co-Active coaching model from CTI.
