Vincent was Managing Director and Regional Treasurer for General Electric Company, leading the largest treasury team in Asia across 8 business lines in 16 countries. Prior to that, Vincent held regional Treasurer Positions for Morgan Stanley in Asia and Europe successively, managing a multi-billion liquidity portfolio that safeguarded the investment bank under volatile markets. He also served as the CEO of Morgan Stanley Bank in the UK, running a profitable business amidst the Global Financial Crisis. In addition, Vincent served as Chairman of the Board for certain key GE and Morgan Stanley funding entities.
Expertise coach
Vincent found his calling as a coach in the mid-point of his corporate business career. While serving as a corporate executive, he received coaching training through CIPD (UK) in 2009 and practiced as an internal coach, in additional to his corporate roles. He believes in the pursuit of purpose and meaning in life and is steadfast in helping people find them. He adopted the coaching style of leadership in his approach to team management, with proven success. Many of his coachees have ascended to senior global leadership positions. In 2017, he bid farewell to his 30 years corporate career and became a people developer, both as an executive coach and as a leader in various corporate development programs.
