Eileen began her career in Brussels with a Blue-Book traineeship at the European Commission, where she first mastered large-scale intercultural negotiation. Armed with degrees from University College London and France, she moved to London to drive growth for a tech start-up, analyze equities at Bloomberg and manage UHNW portfolios at Morgan Stanley. The 2008 financial crisis prompted her pivot from finance to people development: in 2009 she founded a consultancy and has since designed cross-cultural leadership programs for organizations across Europe and Asia. After relocating to Singapore, she led multicultural departments in educational organizations, embedding intercultural competence, student leadership and UN-SDG initiatives into large and diverse communities. A Belgian-Irish living in Singapore, fluent in many languages, Eileen fuses boardroom analytics with educator insight to help leaders convert cultural diversity into sustainable strategic advantage.

Launching “culture labs” in 2009, she formalized her craft with ICF certification anchoring every coaching conversation to metrics shaped by her experience in equity research and UHNW-finance. Department-head roles in Singapore and executive studies at Harvard and Cambridge sharpened her ability to turn cultural friction into strategy-aligned growth. Her guiding principle is that cultural intelligence, responsible leadership, and high performance are inseparable;; equipped with powerful coaching tools, she now helps executives build high-trust, multicultural teams and deliver results that benefit both people and the planet.
