Before moving into coaching and leadership development, Eileen built her career in private banking and financial markets with Morgan Stanley and Bloomberg before taking on leadership roles in international education and entrepreneurial ventures. This diverse background gives her a rare ability to combine commercial acumen with deep insight into human behaviour, leadership and organisational dynamics.
