Maddy began her career as a broker at Lloyd’s of London before moving into HR and leadership development, where she led executive training initiatives. This commercial foundation gives her a strong understanding of organisational complexity, stakeholder dynamics and performance under pressure. She later retrained as an Executive Transformational Coach and has spent over ten years partnering with senior leaders across global organisations. She specialises in identity-led leadership and high-stakes transition, supporting executives navigating promotion, expanded responsibility, organisational change and legacy decisions.
Maddy works with leadership teams during periods of change, strengthening executive alignment, decision-making and resilience. She also partners with C-suite leaders navigating succession and career-defining transitions, helping them consolidate their impact and lead with clarity and strategic confidence.

Maddy’s coaching expertise integrates psychology and contemporary neuroscience to understand how identity and behaviour shift during transition. She supports executives recalibrating authority and influence as they step into expanded roles or lead through complexity. Drawing on neuroscience research, she translates insight into practical strategies that strengthen resilience, sharpen decision-making and reinforce executive presence in high-stakes environments.
