Tomoko has over 20 years of experience working with senior leaders and C-suite executives in Japan and global organizations, including executives from Fortune 500 companies. Before focusing on coaching, she worked at leading global investment banks and a major Japanese trading company, where she experienced firsthand the importance of people collaborating meaningfully in multicultural and multinational environments. She has also taught global communication at a Japanese national university for 16 years, sharing her expertise in cross-cultural leadership with students. Since transitioning to coaching, her work has included executive coaching for CEOs and board members, leadership team alignment, and the design and delivery of development initiatives using 360-degree feedback and other diagnostic tools.
