In Tina’s early career, she worked as a project manager in the International Human Resource Development Department of the International Cooperation and Development Fund in Taiwan, which provides scholarships and leadership training programs for officials and scholars from developing countries worldwide. One of the signature projects involved a collaboration with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), providing training for SME entrepreneurs in Mongolia.
She then worked for the Human Capital Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Taipei and was responsible for delivering and designing management programs for managers up to partners. She also served as the master trainer who trained internal facilitators for the implementation of these programs. It was there she began her research on coaching to help introduce a coaching culture within the company by spearheading leadership and coaching projects from 2004 until 2009. After leaving PricewaterhouseCoopers, she then established her own coaching business after realizing that her passion in life is coaching. Since then, she has been coaching various leaders and executives for more than 20 years.

In her coaching career, Tina has conducted both individual and team coaching, accumulating over 4,300 coaching hours. She is driven by her coachees’ dedication and eagerness to support their teams. Through coaching, she also gains new perspectives and insights into how her diverse clients perceive the world. She has worked with over 63 companies and organizations across various industries, including IT, F&B, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Insurance, Accounting, Investment Banking, Telecommunications, Automotive, Entertainment, Mining, Manufacturing, Health, and Beauty. Her passion has enabled her to coach more than 630 individuals at different leadership levels, including CXOs, VPs, Directors, Department Heads, Senior Managers, and Managers. She has worked across multiple functions such as Strategic Planning, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and Operations.
