Passionate by Mathematics as a child, Flore graduated as an engineer. Her interests in business led her to management consulting, where she learned about change management. She moved then naturally to People Development and started to coach Executives who were looking for the next step of their career, alongside developing her executive search business. Then she started to gain international experience by taking on different HR Executive roles spanning across Europe, South America, Africa and then Asia Pacific to support a fast-growing digital business. She has lived in France, the UK, the US, Brazil and is now settled in Hong Kong.

Her human resources experience made her realize that she wanted to dedicate her career to helping individuals solve their problems and thrive. Knowing that changing is tough and requires motivation, support and time, she nurtures a safe space for her clients. Driven by courage, honesty and persistence, and inspired by a systemic view of the world and of human relationships and behaviours, she challenges her clients in an easy to take way so that their move their thinking forward.
Her clients are corporate executives or entrepreneurs across a broad range of industries. They hire her to address a change or because they face a problem they can’t solve by themselves. They appreciate her non-judgmental approach and the structure she brings to the conversation.
