Caroline brings 25 years of experience driving growth and transformation for individuals, teams, and organizations across sectors, from multinationals and family businesses to the public sector. A former CFO and Board member, she has led strategic initiatives including company set-ups, M&A, restructuring, and cultural transitions, while building high-performing teams and driving impact with limited resources.
With a rare blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and relational intelligence, Caroline’s work is grounded in deep cross-cultural experience. Born in the Pacific, raised in Africa, and having worked across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East (including 14 years in Dubai), she has supported operations in 50 countries and collaborated with professionals from over 60 nationalities.
