She made the switch to facilitation after observing high calibre teams and expensive projects often fell apart because they focused on the “What” and forgetting about the “How” of working together.
Today, Joy partners with forward-looking leaders and their teams to tackle complex, novel challenges. Drawing on behavioural sciences and creativity, she helps groups work better together to unlock smarter solutions.
