Chang was originally trained as a scientist. After graduating from the University of Cambridge with a Ph.D. degree, she worked as a senior consultant at Beijing New Oriental Vision Overseas, the top educational consulting company in China. She has guided over 200 graduate students in their academic and career development. During this process, Chang discovered her passion for helping people fulfill their potential through coaching.
