Vibhuti brings over 25 years of rich corporate experience with over a decade in various leadership positions and leading large teams. She has been a leadership facilitator, executive coach and professional speaker for the last 15 years. She partners with renowned multinational organizations and senior leaders across Europe and Southeast Asia. Previous clients include multinational companies, banks, financial services, the big four consulting firms and global capacity centers. Drawn to coaching by the profound impact of deep, meaningful conversations, she has come to see coaching as here calling and an opportunity to combine empathy and insight to help leaders challenge their beliefs and lead with clarity and purpose.
