Will Durant
Tommaso began organizing experiential facilitation and soft skills workshops at the University of Padua in 2014, while studying Work and Organizational Psychology.
Since 2015, he has been leading facilitation and coaching programs in companies, using interactive activities that draw on play and sports to support individual and team development. His programs are strongly practice-based and focus on learning through experience.
One distinctive element of his work is the Ultimatecoaching model, which uses the team sport Ultimate Frisbee as a tool to strengthen group dynamics and relational skills.
Tommaso has explored different approaches to facilitating soft skills learning with adults in corporate settings. He became a coach out of a strong interest in group dynamics and a desire to support their development and growth.
He believes in the value of experiential activities as a way to spark personal reflection, which can then be shared through group dialogue to build collective understanding. Tommaso is guided by curiosity, a willingness to challenge himself, and a genuine interest in activating the energy and motivation of the people and groups he works with.
Tommaso is an active, dynamic, and engaging person. He faces even the toughest challenges with a smile and is not intimidated by either physical or psychological effort. He loves traveling the world to discover new cultures and new experiences from which to learn and grow.
