Sam has built his career at the intersection of technology, governance and leadership, advising organisations including KPMG, Grant Thornton and BDO on technology risk, regulatory investigations and complex organisational challenges. He later became CEO of a fast-growing technology startup, gaining first-hand experience of leading innovation in a high-growth environment. Having worked across both global professional services firms and entrepreneurial technology businesses, he understands the distinct leadership challenges of complex, regulated organisations as well as fast-moving, disruptive environments.

Sam’s path into coaching began when he repeatedly observed organisations attempting to solve fundamentally human challenges through processes and technology alone. Recognising that lasting change depends as much on psychology, culture and leadership as on systems, he began integrating non-directive coaching into his advisory work before moving full-time into executive coaching. His approach is warm, intellectually rigorous and highly adaptive, encouraging clients to challenge assumptions, navigate complexity with confidence and lead with greater clarity and purpose.
