He has a particular interest in leadership transitions which include helping leaders understand what from their existing success should be preserved, what may need to evolve, and what additional range, judgment and influence their next level of leadership requires.

Mark works with emerging and senior leaders on challenges including stepping into larger roles, moving from functional expertise toward broader enterprise contribution, leading through other leaders, strengthening executive presence and judgment, and increasing influence across organizational boundaries. His approach is developmental rather than prescriptive: he helps clients examine how they currently create value, what happens to their leadership under pressure, how others experience them, and where established strengths may become less effective when overused or applied in a new context.
Expertise coach
With more than ten years of coaching experience, Mark combines structured reflection, stakeholder perspective and experimentation in the leader’s real working environment. His coaching is grounded in practical business experience gained across sales, marketing and commercial roles in start-up and multinational organizations, including technology and real estate. Rather than imposing a fixed model of what an executive should look like, he works with clients to expand their repertoire and make more intentional choices in the meetings, relationships, decisions and moments of pressure that matter most.
