Leila began her career in London’s advertising world, managing global campaigns for Microsoft, L’Oréal, Tiffany & Co., and Mondelez at top agencies like McCann, Publicis, and CP+B. Her strategic acumen and talent for leading multicultural teams led her to leadership roles in Singapore—first as Strategic Planning Director at JCDecaux, and then as Head of Communications at the European Chamber of Commerce, where she built high-level engagement events & partnerships across ASEAN. With over 17 years of experience across Paris, London, and Singapore, Leila developed a keen sense of navigating complexity and understanding how people, culture, and systems intersect—ultimately shifting her focus from external messaging to internal transformation.

Her journey into coaching was inspired by a desire to work at the human level of change. During her first Master’s in Corporate Communication, a coaching module sparked something profound—she still remembers vividly designing her ideal career in that room. Years later, she turned that vision into reality.
She became a Certified Co-Active Coach and a PCC with the ICF, combining her corporate leadership experience with a foundation in psychology and mindfulness. She now coaches and facilitates for global clients across sectors including tech, finance, luxury, etc…
Her approach blends depth with clarity, helping leaders build emotional agility, presence, and self-trust—particularly during periods of transition and complexity.
