With over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Katarzyna has navigated multicultural environments across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Her expertise spans various domains, from crafting business development strategies and participating in global Merger & Acquisition projects to leading restructuring programs worldwide. Additionally, she excels in creating and implementing development programs for managers, using Assessment and Development Center methods to diagnose competencies. Katarzyna holds the title of Certified AC/DC Assessor from the Ernst & Young Academy of Business Poland and brings a wealth of knowledge to her business training practice. Through coaching she supports her clients to structure their goals and to discover how to effectively implement their plans, so that they can experience the positive effects of deep transformations and continuous development leading to personal fulfilment and organizational success.

Katarzyna is a graduate of Advanced Coaching Studies and is a member of ICF Global and ICF Chapter Poland. She is experienced in the field of executive, team and strengths-based coaching. In addition to working with executives and high potentials, she is a member of the team teaching ICF accredited coaching courses at Mukoid Institute Communication for Growth in Cracow, Poland.
