Anıl began his career specializing in financial services at Arthur Andersen and then played a pivotal role at Citilease, establishing their Accounting and Finance Department before moving into Project Management at Citibank. He then joined PwC, managing audit and risk management projects, and later ascended to Senior Manager in Performance Improvement. In 2009, Anıl co-founded Cerebra, a firm providing auditing and consulting services.
Transitioning to Mazars as a partner, he later became Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at STFA Holding, where he developed the Risk and Audit departments. Anıl has also been active in governance, serving as an independent board member at Smart Solar and holding positions with KRYD, including a term as President.
Anıl is a coach with a rich international and multicultural background that shapes his approach to coaching. With over 25 years in the corporate world and a tenure in coaching since 2018, he has a wide array of experiences to draw from. Anıl brings a holistic perspective to coaching, drawing from his extensive experience in both consulting and corporate roles. His tenure as a board member and his involvement with diverse industries provide him with a nuanced understanding of company and executive challenges from multiple angles, enriching his ability to guide professionals effectively.
He graduated from the European Gestalt Coaching program in 2017, and thereafter completed Mastery in Executive and Leader Coaching and Team facilitation training aka Deep democracy the Lewis method.
