The World Appreciative Inquiry Conference (WAIC) will take place in Nice from 19th to 22nd March 2019, and a Turningpoint team will be there as speakers, facilitators, participants and explorers.

In addition to speaking during the conference introduction, Turningpoint Director and AI Specialist, Bernard Tollec, is facilitating a workshop together with AI specialists Claire Lustig-Rochet and Turningpoint coach David Shaked, on Wednesday, March 20th, on the new 5P Framework.

The trio has developed a new framework, the Ps standing for Presence, Paradigm, Principles, Process and Parts & Pieces. The 5Ps highlights the wealth and breadth of being and doing AI. They will invite the participants to reflect, discover and extract the essence of their personal AI journey – past present and future.

On Thursday, March 21st, Turningpoint coach, Gabriel Lockwood, and AI Specialist Claire Lustig-Rochet will facilitate the workshop “From Conflict to Connection: Using Appreciative Inquiry to Transform Relationships at Work and at Home”.
