Vivien has 20 years of experience developing leaders for numerous highly profitable Fortune 500 MNCs. Vivien has a strong track record of working across industries and over 50 cultures. Over the years, Vivien has held different senior positions in AXA, Global Payments, Johnson Controls and Prudential. She has worked across different leadership levels in global, regional and local teams. Before that, she has extensive consulting experience working for PDI and Watson Wyatt. She has a broad client portfolio.
Vivien is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, Registered Industrial-Organisational Psychologist with the Hong Kong Psychological Society, Professional Certified Coach with International Coach Federation, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with Co-Active Training Institute, and a certified Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner. She has an M.Phil. in Industrial-Organisational Psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Hong Kong. She is certified to use a diverse range of assessments such as Hogan, MBTI, Strengths Profile, etc.
