With experience working with senior executives since 1998, Fenny has a passion for improving effectiveness, strategy development, and planning for personal development and growth. She works with mid- to senior level executives to enhance personal productivity, team effectiveness, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and idea generation. Fenny also works to develop leaders' cultural intelligence capabilities and increase cross-cultural resilience in their increasingly globalized workplace.
She has facilitated a range of workshops for executives, both in one-to-one and team coaching contexts, on topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Leading and Managing Change, Personal Influence & Effectiveness, Transition, Relocation & Outplacement, and Team Building to increase team and managerial competence.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Fenny has coached across a diverse range of industries, including consumer goods, F&B, automotive, and hospitality. She works with various assessment tools such as Hogan Assessment and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
