Her work as an executive coach is founded on her desire to help people better connect with themselves and those around them; making a diﬀerence in people’s lives.
One of her objectives is for clients to not only achieve real and measurable business results but also personal fulfillment and satisfaction. Her areas of experience include executive coaching, leadership development, change management, culture assessment and team facilitation.
Joan’s experience enables her to approach assignments with a systems perspective and thus broaden her clients’ thinking and understanding of how their actions influence their environment. Integral to her approach is helping clients define their purpose of leadership and then putting this into action in their day-to-day activities.
Joan is skilled in cross-cultural projects and, in particular, those that involve strengthening communication eﬀectiveness. She is a Newfield certified coach and Insights Discovery certified. Joan’s formal education includes degrees from the prestigious institutions the Wharton School (US) and London School of Economics.
