In his previous capacities, Roy advised executives to achieve strategic breakthrough at global consultancy (Kearney) and guided and coached CEOs to unleash their full potential when managing portfolio companies at private equity (CITIC Capital). He was also COO of a kid education institute, before becoming a full-time coach in 2011.
As faculty member of Co-active Training Institute (CTI) since 2016, Roy develops and certifies professional coaches in the Asia-Pacific region. He cultivates leadership skills and presence for corporate management at all levels. With a holistic approach streamlining cognition, emotion and body, he accompanies clients to acknowledge the challenge, embrace changes, inspire resonance, and deliver concreate results.
Roy Sun is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC), Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC), Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC), and NLP practitioner. He is also member of the academic committee of China system constellation association. With bachelor and master degree in Telecommunication from Shanghai Jiaotong University, he is fluent in Mandarin and English.
