Jill has coached senior leaders and executive teams in international environments, across a broad range of sectors, including finance, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and technology, amongst others
Jill specialises in building authentic and inspiring leadership within organisations, to create thriving, innovative professional communities, which excel at what they do. Her approach is highly strategic and she will work with a "big picture' view of her client, their teams, and the wider organisation. Jill believes that nothing happens in isolation, everything that a leader does has an impact on the people and structures around them.
Jill is a Chartered Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, trained in team dynamics, and has been practicing as an executive coach for over 25 years, having studied with John Whitmore and David Hemery. Jill is a member of the Special Group in Coaching Psychology, and the Association of Business Psychologists.
Jill writes bespoke programmes for leaders, and works with a range of psychometrics for both the individual and the team, such as: Hogan Suite, NEO, MBTI; Strengths; Firo B; Lumina Spark). Jill is also trained by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, part of Oxford University, and supports individuals and organisations to bring the benefits of Mindfulness to the workplace
