For over 10 years, Grace has conducted consulting projects for multinational companies in various countries, including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, India and U.S. Moreover, as a senior coach, she has experience in leadership & team coaching from a diverse range of industries, such as, finance, pharmaceuticals, chemical, automotive, and technology.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and The Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC), Grace is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and is accredited in a wide range of tools including Harrison Assessment and Belbin Team Role Assessment.
