David brings over 20 years of experience as a change strategist, facilitator, Executive Coach and as a business executive himself (Nova Scotia Power, P&G). This experience spans across industries including the financial sector, IT and telecom, consumer package goods, manufacturing, government and non-profit (exemples include Unilever, The International Monetary Fund, National Education Association, NSA, Alcatel-Lucent, Legg Mason, CNN and more). He holds a simple, yet powerful, intention to make a meaningful difference in each client interaction. David also continues to contribute to the field of Organization Development through publishing and teaching.
David has a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University DC and a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University, NS. His certifications include Experience Based Learning Design & Facilitation and Human Interaction Lab - T-Group Facilitator (both NTL institute), Human System Dynamics (HSD Institute) and LJ Map Values Mapping.
