Emmanuelle is an Executive Coach with over 10 years of experience. Fueled by an intense interest in human resources, she previously worked for twelve years in the Training and Development service of the HR department of a major petroleum group, leading and supporting change projects. In this context, she managed projects on business line networking and on the implementation of HR policies and different management tools: training, evaluation processes, career development.
As a coach her approach is focused on the optimization of human potential and change - orchestrated both at the collective level and at the level of individual emotions. Emmanuelle places emphasis on facilitating cohesiveness in management teams, in facilitating the management of emotions. She has successfully matched behavioral efficiency with personal drive, in showcasing the person's various strengths and advantages to generate more daring and more sharing within a team.
With an initial training in Political Science at Sciences Po Paris, she then received her Master's in the Social Development of Organizations. She has also trained in active listening (Carl Rogers), cognitive and behavioral techniques with a stress management focus, and systemic analysis (Palo Alto) in Belgium. Emmanuelle is an Appreciative Inquiry practitioner and certified in Co-Development, the Team Management Profile, and MBTI.
