Of both French and American nationality, Emmanuelle’s HR career reflected the need to reconcile her dual heritage. In coaching, she not only found the opportunity to more fully express the variety of her perspectives to the benefit of her clients but also to wholeheartedly align her values with her work. Her practice is balanced between individual coaching, team coaching and the design as well as facilitation of leadership development programs. She has supported individuals in redefining their purpose, increasing their personal impact, influencing effectively, communicating assertively and managing stakeholders. She has supported teams in building trust, leveraging feedback, co-constructing their vision and improving their operating mechanisms. She has created and led highly praised leadership programs that have become the cornerstone of our clients’ talent development roadmap.

Emmanuelle’s clients value her insights and her care, her balance of challenge and encouragement.
