Philippe has been working as a coach and consultant since 1998. He coaches high level executives (GMs, members of Executive Committees) and has extensive experiences leading programmes within multi-cultural environments.
He was VP of the bank la Caisse d’Epargne Île de France Ouest for over a decade, during which he oversaw the HR department, internal communications and operations. He was also member of several subsidiary executive committees. Prior to la Caisse d’Epargne Île de France Ouest, he spent a large part of his career in Sales as Director and Regional Director of a bank.
Philippe Gratuated from IEP Strasbourg in Political Science and is coaching certified from Ecole Vincent Lenhardt, founded of Transformance France.
