Deeply committed to working with teams and relationship systems, she has coached executives in a variety of industries including banking, automotive, marketing communications, and IT.
Passionate about helping people fulfill their potential in achieving real-world goals and empowering them to become an authentic leaders in their personal and professional lives, Jessie has been working as a coach since 2013.
As part of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Jessie is one of the first coach trainers in China as a front of the room leader, supervisor and examiner for internationally recognized, co-active coaching. She is also a coach supervisor.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Jessie brings new cutting-edge tools and coaching methodology from this emerging discipline to multinational corporations in China. She is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC), and uses a range of assessment tools including Hogan, MBTI, and Team Diagnostic Assessment.
