A Senior Coach and Business Psychologist, Ana designs and delivers leadership development programs in international environments. She has coached high potentials, senior leaders and executives for over 15 years. She supports executive teams in creating high-performing leadership cultures that unlock potential. She specializes in evidence-based practice, focusing on the practical application of psychological models to promote measurable change and improve leadership effectiveness.
After an experience as a TV journalist and broadcaster, she moved to communications consulting for large organizations and subsequently retrained as a psychologist, specializing in organizational psychology and coaching. Ana is passionate about advancing scientific research into leadership and teamwork. She is part of the supervisory board for the Occupational Psychology MSc programme at the University of East London.
Ana holds two post-graduate degrees in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of East London and another post-graduate degree in Communication Studies. She is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Association of Business Psychologists. Certified coach and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), trained in executive coaching, strengths coaching and team coaching.
