Cecile is an executive coach specializing in change management, intercultural collaboration, leadership development and innovation processes for executives and their teams.
Having lived in China for the past 10 years and having grown-up in South-East Asia, she helps her clients manage transition and multi-cultural teams. Her background as an engineer (AgroParisTech) at The Coca-Cola Company in managerial positions in Innovation and People & Process Capability both in Europe and Asia Pacific helps her understand better the challenges of her clients: leadership and influencing skills development, team development, results achievement, matrix structure management, global communication in a local culture - in a ever-changing and fast-pace environment.
She is a Newfield Certified Coach and a Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation) and uses Language, Emotion and Body tools to help her clients raise their awareness and reach their higher potential. Cécile uses an experiential learning and co-creation approach. She has trained and certified with Rosinki in Leading & Coaching across cultures.
Creating and developing her own companies (Constellations International, ELST Associés) has given her entrepreneurship experience both in Europe and China. Her vision is to transform conflict into innovation; She is also passionate about the future of organisations such as intrapreneurship, collaborative leadership, social innovation.
